Frequently Asked QuestionsDo you have a minimum order?Yes, our minimum order is 2 gallons. This can be made up of any combination of products and sizes. Once ordered, how long does it takes to get your product?We typically need from 1-3 days lead time on orders. Our products must be shipped "ground" so delivery time is based on your location. We are located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Are your products sold internationally?We do have distributors in various countries. Please contact our office via phone or e-mail at sales@masterpkg.com for further information. Our product cannot go by air, it is all ground transportation. We do have a separate export price list available. Customer is responsible for arranging the shipment. The resin side of my product is cloudy, can I use it?Storing the resin side in cold weather can cause cloudiness. It is better to store the material in a warm environment (between 70-85 degrees F). All you need to do to clear up the crystallization or cloudiness is to put the bottle in a pan filled with very hot tap water. It should clear within 15-30 minutes. Does the temperature or humidity affect how fast the products cure?Yes, humidity and temperatures below 75 degrees F will slow down the curing process for all products. |
