Spray Foam Ceiling Insulation For Sound Dampening

Master Pack recently provided a customer/contractor with the Model 776 Spray Foam Dispensing system. The system is unique in that the Auto Calibrator pump insures that the foam is on a 1:1 ratio. The dispensing system consist of a Nitrogen Regulator, Auto Calibrator pump, 100 -150 feet of heated hose, replaceable dispensing guns and nozzles.

We installed the foam dispenser and trained the contracting group in Concord, Ca. Their main application was to insulate the ceiling between the condominiums. The foam acted as a sound dampening addition between the condominium rooms. Customer also applied foam to the walls and floor joist.

In our accompanying video one can view how the dispensing gun sprays the foam between the floor joist very evenly to conserve the amount of foam being applied. One would also note that the dispenser is very light weight and easy to maneuver in tight areas.

The foam tanks are refillable in 17 and 60 gallon pressure vessels. Master Pack arranges the shipment of refillable tanks “to and from” the job site. We also offer training via the phone and computer.

Master Pack rents and also sells the Model 776 foam dispensers. If one had a 15,000 sq.ft. project, the 60 gallon vessels would be a perfect choice as the set yields 7,000 board feet of foam.
